Meal Plan 33.0

Monday: Baked salmon + chopped baked sweet potatoes + spinach salad topped with blueberries and your favorite dressing. Add some cheese of choice if you like. 

Tuesday: Taco Tuesday…I love the Siete lime chips but another brand called Late July has a nice lime flavored tortilla chip as well. Make your tacos and black beans. Don’t forget the guac for added fiber. If you have a local Whole Foods, their in house guac is actually really good.

Wednesday: Pork tenderloin in the crock pot. Toss it in the crock pot, sprinkle salt, pepper, garlic powder, and shake in some coconut aminos or Worcestershire sauce. Cook all day and serve with some mashed potatoes and green beans. 

Thursday: Tuna steaks. I decided to grab some tuna at the store the other day in a whim. I pan fried it with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and coconut aminos. Made some coconut rice and roasted asparagus. Combine in a bowl and enjoy. 

Friday: Pizza Friday! Homemade or take out. Your choice. 😉 

Weekend treat: It’s birthday weekend for me! Wahoo! Here is my favorite cake ever…Pumpkin Coconut Cake with Brown Butter Frosting. Simply love all the flavors mixed together and it tastes really good.
