Meal Plan 38.0
Monday: Pork tenderloin + roasted potatoes + steamed broccoli
Tuesday: Tacos!!! Remember to change it up with the meat and have shrimp, chicken, or go vegetarian with beans and rice. Don’t forget the guac for some fiber 🙂
Wednesday: Baked Chicken Parmesan Meatballs + pasta. This meatball recipe sounded yummy and simple and something my kids would eat. Add some pasta as a side and you have your Italian night ready. Side salad pairs well too.
Thursday: Whole 30 Tomato Basil Soup + sourdough grilled cheese. My second kiddo loves tomato soup. I found this recipe years ago and the flavors are just right. Pair with a grilled cheese and enjoy.
Friday: French Toast + breakfast sausage links. Sometimes a week calls for breakfast for dinner. This is always a simple meal for me and I know my kids will eat it up. By Friday, I am simply not in the mood to create and spend too much time in the kitchen, so this is a win for us all.
Weekend treat: I cannot promise I will make these, but once upon a time Sarah and I made pretzel bites with beer cheese and they were delicious. It is quite a process, not hard, just a process. The end product is super yummy. We definitely made dough from scratch, but I also found this recipe that uses canned biscuit dough which would make a more simple process.
Happy Cooking! XO,
Kimberly
